UII FTSP Leaders Farewell to Welcome Security Unit Employees

Tuesday (July 2) the Faculty of Civil Engineering and Planning (FTSP) of the Islamic University of Indonesia (UII) held a farewell and welcoming ceremony for Security Unit (Satpam) employees with Faculty Leaders and representatives of education staff at the Dean's Meeting Room, Mohammad Natsir Building, Jl. Kaliurang Km. 14,5 Sleman Yogyakarta.

In the farewell and welcoming ceremony, the Vice Dean 1 (Dr.Ir.Kasam, MT), that farewell for Security Unit (Satpam) employees of the FTSP unit as many as 8 people will leave us, as well as 8 replacement Satpam. Therefore we convey welcome and congratulations to the gentlemen who have just entered the FTSP Unit, and we give appreciation and gratitude to the gentlemen who are leaving FTSP to serve in other Units.

Employee rotation at UII is a common thing, therefore, to those of you who are currently moving to another unit, do not break off your relationship, but continue to maintain togetherness, continue to greet each other and exchange knowledge wherever we meet.

Furthermore, Dr. Kasam added, the Security Unit (Satpam) needs the support and participation of the academic community, one of which is in the form of campus security. Related to that, as one form of self-initiated security, Satpam is expected to be able to provide a positive contribution in order to support efforts to maintain public order and security, through the authority of the unit, to organize security and order in the work environment of its unit, in this case at FTSP.

He assessed that so far the security unit (Satpam) at FTSP has been able to demonstrate its performance well in helping to maintain security and order in the FTSP Unit. 

Dr. Kasam emphasized to all Security Unit personnel to adhere to matters as security officers on the FTSP campus, such as maintaining discipline and work dedication, expanding insight and knowledge, increasing alertness, prioritizing intensive coordination with leaders.
